From humble beginnings scrapping for gym space wherever available, to operating two full-time and multiple mobile training facilities. We have coached and trained individuals ages 6-60, from beginner to professional.

Our coaches are currently high school boys and girls head coaches. They are also highly sought trainers for current collegiate athletes and several D1 prospects throughout New England.
Offering players an entire basketball experience in one workout. From ball-handling, shooting, plyometric strength/core to simulated competition, we emphasize all aspects of the game into our training programs.
