With 14 years of coaching and training experience, Coach Kenny Small is a dedicated leader in youth and elite basketball development. As co-founder of Boston Elite Basketball, he plays a crucial role in shaping the organization’s vision and professional growth.

Recently, Coach Small completed two seasons as the Head Varsity Coach for the Middlesex School girls’ team in Concord, Massachusetts. Prior to that, he coached at Arlington Catholic and New Country Day. His extensive coaching career includes seven years as a high school head coach and over a decade working with youth players across New England.

Kenny has had the privilege of working with elite talent in various towns, including Bedford, Arlington, Newton, Weston, Concord, Medfield, and Dover. Each summer, he trains both men and women at the elite level, collaborating with players from professional Euro-leagues and the NBA. His collegiate experience includes working with athletes from prestigious programs such as the University of Miami, UCF, Duke, Hartford, URI, Boston College, Fordham, and Providence.

On the professional front, Kenny has coached athletes competing in leagues across Romania, Italy, Greece, Bosnia, Spain, and Germany. He has also had the honor of working with players from the Miami Heat, Boston Celtics, and New Orleans Pelicans.

Coach Small’s commitment to developing basketball talent at all levels on and off the court makes him an invaluable asset to the greater basketball community in New England.
